1.  Knowledge of track fundamentals

2.  It is preferred that the candidate have experience with coaching middle school aged students

3.  It is desired that the candidate be knowledgeable and skillful in the use of effective instructional strategies, and student management techniques and supervision

4.  Successful candidate must be able to coordinate and plan with other coaches and athletic director and enhance the existing track program

5.  Positive approach toward students and knowledge of student development

6.  Starting date TBD after school and evenings for practices - to include meets, trips and other related events

7.  ASEP Certification/NFHS Coach Education Program/First Aid/CPR/concussion management course/steroid management course/fingerprint and criminal history verification and other training so required by Corbett School District
