Position is Confidential under the supervision of the Superintendent

260 days per year, PERS pick up, full insurance package, and paid leaves/vacation/holidays

Bachelor's degree preferred with accounting and/or finance knowledge and/or public sector administration experience required

Proficiency in data entry, bookkeeping and spreadsheet record keeping

Tasks would include preparation, management, analysis and/or reporting duties for the following:  accounts payable/receivable, employee benefits/insurance administration, collections, audit and budget reconciliations, grant management, payroll coordination and payroll payables, 1099's, 941's and W-2's, financial management reporting at Budget and Board of Directors meetings, union negotiations, and other duties within the business office

SunGard/IFAS business software experience a plus

Carries out oral and written directions and other responsibilities for which qualified or assigned

Salary dependent on experience and completion of onsite training and 90 day probationary period
